Gingo Stephanie Albrecht-Brinckmann (1893 - 1975)
She was the daughter of Henriette Hahn and Justus Brinckmann and came to live in Switzerland after WW-II. She left Hamburg after WW-I settling in Denmark and later lived for some 20 years in Finland where she worked as an artist and teacher. Although these prints were all acquired in Switzerland the winter landscapes, created in 1961, are obviously based on Finland visits or memories. Besides the occasional painting showing up in local Swiss auctions not much biographical can be found today.
