Trauenkirchen am Traunsee (1924)

Before settling in Bilthoven in 1930 Boon lived for several years in Traunkirchen am Traunsee in Austria. Here he created several woodblock prints of the snow covered roof tops of the village. The perspective is reminding the famous paintings by Pieter Breughel.
