Lärchenbaum & Archive

Her print “Lärchenbaum” (the Larch) was  represented in the 1914 BUGRA exhibitions “Das Haus der Frau”  in the collections of Ellen von Siemens (this collection was build around). In 1908 it was presented in the Munich Secession. So, what better print to represent this printmaker with in this collection ?

Hedwig Jake is such an iconic and very sought after artist by serious specialist collectors and dealers all over the world it is almost impossible to acquire her work for a “general” collector who is always on a budget.  Perseverance payed off in the end.
