With the title “Bückings HÄUSCHEN” the artist tells us who once was the owner of this (weekend or summer holiday) house near castle Marburg (north of Frankfurt) is: Professor of geology and mineralogist Hugo Bücking (1851-1932). It is also known as restaurant with a terrace with a spectacular view overlooking the old historic city of  Marburg. It is the only known print or any work of art by the hand of this artist known to me.

This no doubt rare print was found in the stock of Hamburg antiquarian Joachim Luehrs at his Fleetinsel art gallery and antiquarian art-books shop.
